entertainment.

Arrive to find that this stress-free vacation unfolds all
on its own. There’s plenty of parking both in the 2-car
garage and wide driveway, next to which a charming
staircase leads to the covered front door. Enter here
to explore the home’s 2,600 sweet square feet.

Totally private, with riveting water views, your festive
mood will really take flight. Tropical plants and palms
set the scene around the summer kitchen with
charcoal grill, a large dining table and sun beds. In
pride of place - an extra large hot tub. As much as
you’ll enjoy this space, your little ones have sights
and sounds to play in the fenced back yard.

The second floor living room, beautifully outfitted with
comfy chairs and love-seats, has a 37" HD LCD TV
and expansive tiled floors - perfect for Florida’s heat.
The first floor family room includs a large HDTV and
allows children to have all the space they need for
imaginative games and adults will like the flexibility in
entertaining. Plus, this area has a pull-down desk for
extra flexibility. Soaring ceilings are finished with
discrete ceiling fans and large sliding doors allow for
uninterrupted sun.

The gourmet chef’s kitchen insists that, while here,
you’ll live to eat. Open to the rest of the living area,
the kitchen really is the heart of this home - a natural
gathering point. It invites and accommodates
everyone. Huge granite kitchen counters wrap around
to face both the living and dining areas. There is even
a handy dumbwaiter for loading all your goodies in a
large custom pantry. There’s even a tri-vection oven
(for regular, convection and speed heat), plus the
inclusion of all cookware and appliances (stainless
steel, of course). A massive breakfast bar is one
place to eat, while the formal dining table seats eight.
Both the screened lanai and 2nd-floor balcony have
tables.

Four bedrooms at Cinnamon Beach Sand Castle
accommodate up to 10 guests. Find decided luxury
in the master bedroom, its custom closet and huge
en suite bathroom. A glass shower stall and Jacuzzi-
style soaking tub are all yours to enjoy.

The master bedroom takes it cue from a fine hotel. If
your master suite is a sanctuary, your en suite
bathroom is the shrine. A large in-built jacuzzi
bathtub to soothe and relax yourself. Fine cabinetry
and a separate shower suggest you take some time
for yourself. What luxury!

Bedroom 2 is no second prize - with a carved,
wooden queen bed and a full bathroom with walk in
shower, it’s ideal for teenagers or adults in your
party. The third bedroom has is perfect for kids and
features two bunk beds with 4 single beds with
exquisite wooden frame and comfortable finishings.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is even
a queen sofa sleeper bed for extra comfort. And, the
house has it's own laundry room with a washer and
dryer.

Life in a private home within a gated resort will take
no getting used to at all. Just a minutes’ wal\k to the
beach! This house is conditionally pet friendly. Well
behaved dogs under 25 pounds considered.

Kids and adults alike will go crazy for two large
heated pools. One, a heated lap pool, is directly
oceanfront and the second heated pool, for families,
has a zero-slope entrance for paddling. Also available
are a fitness center, 2 games rooms, a cafe, a
jacuzzi, fitness center, jogging trails - not to mention
miles and miles of delicious cinnamon-colored
