condo help you take advantage of the river and pool
views and the beautiful blue skies.
The new fully equipped kitchen with solid cherry
cabinets comes complete with range, refrigerator with
ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and microwave.
After a fun day at the pool or beach, relax and watch
your favorite movie on our 52" plasma TV. When
planning your next day, consider golf on one of the
17 golf courses nearby, or attend an event at the
International Speedway 7 minutes away.
The screened patio provides a panoramic view of the
river. Enjoy watching yachts floating on the river,
spotting dolphins or manatees, or just fishing off the
dock.
This unit is only a few steps to the private swimming
pool, just 5 minutes to the legendary surf and sand of
Daytona's beaches, 7 minutes to the Volusia Mall for

FABULOUS!!! Exquisite view-great location. Close to many quaint little shops and local attractions. Loved the suggestions for restaurants-all were great! The condo was very comfortable,clean with great sleeping accomodations. It is a most comfortable place to stay.

We had the most incredible time. It is a perfect location. The view was breath taking. The most relaxing part of our vacation was sitting on the swing watching the dolphins pass back and forth through out the day. We had a great time. Thanks for everything.

Excellent location. Lovely views. Wonderful high quality unit with delightful owners. Would recommend for those looking for nice, quiet get-a-ways or to use as a homebase while seeing the sites, enjoying the races, etc. Top quality furniture & good sleeping beds. If you are looking for a quiet, hideaway this is it. Not a party location, Thank Goodness!!!
