Great sized home and very clean. Very safe neighborhood and a quick easy walk to your own private beach about 3-4 minutes. All that you need is there and then some. Pool guy was ther 2x during our 10 day stay and the mower too. Great air conditioning as it was needed during the 90 degree Days each and every day.
Tons of places to go and eat, shop and do whatever you want.
Lou was real easy to deal with and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This beautiful home was perfect for our large family. The owner was great to work with and the house was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and Ponce Inlet is a relaxing place to visit. The only problem is our week went by way too fast. Thanks Lou, Debbie & Jeff

This is a beautiful home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities; including the pool table, hot tub and pool although it was a little chilly in December. The beach is just a short walk away. The kids had a great time playing. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The house has a great layout with the bedrooms separated, which allows for privacy.
There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby; lots to do.
We did not have any issues and working with Lou was a pleasure. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Absolutely Perfect
Absolutely Perfect sums it up! We had three generations. Our daughters and their families from Portland, OR and the UK. Grandchildren ages 14mons. - 9 yrs. All had a great time in the pool and the hot tub. The beach, restaurant, convenient store are all within walking distance. The house is beautiful and well kept with enough privacy for all. . We enjoyed staying at this beautiful, well equipped, up to date and excellent taken care of home for 3 weeks, We were at times up to 9 people and never felt crowded. This is a lovely, spacious home. The home is 1/2 block from the wonderful beach and located on a cul-de-sac which is excellent for children, and peaceful for the rest to relax. The much used Pool and Jacuzzi was serviced weekly by the owners service agent. Many great restaurants, and sightseeings are only 5-10 min. away.
There was not a thing we felt was missing, kitchen supplies, linens etc. We highly recommend this beautiful home, and wish we could stay even longer. Corresponding with the owner was very good. If one had questions, the answer was immediately replied.

. I just want to say you that upon arriving at this home we were impressed with how large and beautiful it is. The setup is perfect and so convenient! Everything was spotless and in such nice shape. The layout is perfect for just having fun or having each guest maintain their privacy. The master suite is better than most luxury hotel suites alone at the same price as the entire house. Everyone congregated during the day in the kitchen and family room overlooking the pool while we tried to figure out whether to eat, drink, swim or just sunbath. What a way to live! Other times we just walked over to the beach and spent a few hours there. At night we either played billiards, sat and talked or watched TV on the fabulous big screen. If we just wanted to chill out and relax we went to our room in utmost privacy. One day we took a ride to the Kennedy Space Center and had the time of our lives. Another day into Daytona to visit the racetrack. So many things to do. Will try to book two weeks next year. This is the way to live! What a great time.

Dick and I grew up in Florida and spent much time dating and 'running wild' in Daytona before we married, 50 years ago. What fun to be back and see the differences. Some aspects were the same: the Bandshell at the end of the Boardwalk, the Salt Water Taffy Shop on the Boardwalk. Some sons and grand sons rode the inverted bungie ride. Now that was not there 50 years ago.

Your house is unbelievable! It is one of the best maintained homes we have ever stayed at. so convenient and yet so private. Close enough to everything we desire. It is set up so well and large enough that when I want some privacy away from the rest of our family, I have no problem getting away or we have large enough areas to have everyone congregate as well. The pool is really great! I don't know what finish you have on it, but it doesn't feel rough like other concrete pools I have been in. Can't wait to come back again. Well worth the value.

My family loved the house. We had plenty of room and the decor was lovely. We didn't get to spend much time at the house because we was at the race track at the Turkey Run but what time we was there we really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to everyone.
