There are only 20 units in our complex adn more that 50% are out of state owners who DO NOT RENT. So our property is pretty low key and quite.

We loved the location....right on the beach. The security was very good and we felt very safe. We enjoyed staying at April's townhouse.....had plenty of room to cook, chill and plenty of seating for all. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Thanks April for a wonderful home away from home.

Great location to relax and enjoy with the family! Small children (under 2) would need to be supervised a bit as their is a glass table in the living room and chairs in the eating area are stools. Although, a high chair was available for use. Thank you April for a great vacation home that felt like home!
