The living room has beautiful concrete floors, 42" plasma, Italian Leather, Fireplace, Complete Sound System and DVD Player.
Kitchen
The cabinets in the kitchen are stocked with coffee cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and storage wares.
Dining Room
Share the good times around this beautiful dining room. The chandelier is the original from the home when the Rockefeller Family resided here.
Backyard Patio
Enjoy the beautiful garden views and trickling water from the fountain on the backyard patio.
Diamond Suite
The Diamond Suite features a flat panel tv, sitting area and antique 1800s bed.
Silver Beach Entry
The home is located at the drive on side of the beach. This entry has shower and restroom facilities.
Silver Beach
Silver Beach has food, parasailing and other beach rentals. Also, lifeguards are on duty everyday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Birchmore for the July Daytona Race. While working down there; we were able to unwind and relax at the house after a hard day's work. We loved using the Beach Cruisers to go down to the beach and boardwalk. We look forward to staying here again if our travel plans permit. We highly recommend this home if you stay in Daytona. It's the best accomodation, hands down.
