Our Luxury 2 bed room 2 bath is located on the 9th floor of the Sand Dollar in Daytona Beach Shores. The place is nicely furnished with a fantastic ocean / river view from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, the unit has a laundry room with a full size washer / dryer. There are 3 TV’s, 2 VCR’s 1DVD player and a Stereo. The condo sleeps up to 6 people.

Sauna and exercise room.
Secured under ground parking.
Direct access to the beach.
Rates:
$640plus $65 cleaning and 12.5% tax off season.
$850 & $900 plus $65 cleaning and 12.5% tax high season.
Above rates are based on (4) person occupance.
The Daily rate only applys for days in additional to the one week minimum stay.
Off season is May and September to December except Biketoberfest and Thanksgiving week.
Event weeks are Speed Week, Bike Week, Pepsi 400, and Biketoberfest

"We stayed at this property during Bike Week 2011, and could not have asked for more! Tom was helpful with everything from the accommodations themselves, to arranging for offsite trailer parking, which was conveniently located in relation to the property. The property itself was very well-maintained and had all the amenities of home. The views from the balcony were wonderful and offered a peaceful place to awaken the senses after some long nights out on Main Street, which was also pretty close to the property. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Accommodations were comfortable, well supplied and right on the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning; we actually observed several pods of dolphins and a group of visiting sharks from our vantage. The added security of a gated parking lot and code-protected entrance from the beach helped to ease the discomfort that sometimes comes with staying in a strange place. I felt very safe at the Sand Dollar. The location was central to all the restaurants and seating times for the Inlet Harbor area were nearly non-existent.
