We had a wonderful time at your condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and definitly want to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your second home.
We really enjoyed staying in your condo for the second year in a row. We got to see a spectacular sunrise from your 9th floor balcony and really enjoyed the sightlines as we could see both the ocean as well as the intracoastal from your balcony.
The condo is in excellent shape and accommodates 4 people with ease and comfort. The pool is nice and clean and beach access is right there. I would say that your condo is really quite a value compared to other condos that I have rented in Florida over the years.
Should we return to Daytona, I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

"We stayed at this property during Bike Week 2011, and could not have asked for more! Tom was helpful with everything from the accommodations themselves, to arranging for offsite trailer parking, which was conveniently located in relation to the property. The property itself was very well-maintained and had all the amenities of home. The views from the balcony were wonderful and offered a peaceful place to awaken the senses after some long nights out on Main Street, which was also pretty close to the property. I would highly recommend this property and would be glad to stay there again when we return to Daytona Beach in the future!"
The view of beach and ocean was calming; we especially enjoyed the reflected view of the river from the living room.
Covered parking was a much appreciated amenity. The owner was very helpful; all rental transactions were prompt and professional.

We really appreciated the condo, well furnished and well equiped. The location is perfect with all the stores very close.

Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Accommodations were comfortable, well supplied and right on the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning; we actually observed several pods of dolphins and a group of visiting sharks from our vantage. The added security of a gated parking lot and code-protected entrance from the beach helped to ease the discomfort that sometimes comes with staying in a strange place. I felt very safe at the Sand Dollar. The location was central to all the restaurants and seating times for the Inlet Harbor area were nearly non-existent. I fully recommend the condo for family or couples getaways.
