Sliding glass doors from both master b/r and living room lead onto oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool, beach and well manicured grounds. Heated pool. Security keypad entry system from beach, pool and street. Security controlled underground garage parking. Exercise room, tennis courts and more. Located in Daytona beach Shores, about 7 miles South of the Main Street Pier. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful.
