Private oceanfront balconies will have you enjoying your privacy and the beauty of the ocean.
Please ask when renting by owner -- there are several balcony types and some condos have walkways only. Be aware of what you are renting !!
Choice of 4 oceanfront studios with wonderful views from the 7th, 8th, 10th or 11th floor. Families traveling together can rent 2 condos and have privacy while visiting together at a great Daytona Beach location.
Oceanfront studios on 7th & 8th floor have 2 Queen sized beds and efficiency kitchen.
Oceanfront studio on 10th or 11th floor is our King sized condo (500 sq ft), has King sized bed and King sized balcony is 120 sq ft and feels like an extra room. condo also has efficiency kitchen.
Everything you will need for a relaxing vacation is at this location.
Table and chairs, placemats and cloth napkins are in stock. Create an atmosphere, enjoy that candle light dinner and bottle of wine that you never seem to have the time for at home! We have provided better quality stoneware, cookware and glassware.
Additional condo Amenities include:
Cable TV, Stereo with CD player, VCR --DVD Player, Fully equipped kitchen has microwave - stovetop--refrigerator--toaster - coffee maker --crock pot--George Foreman grill--counter top convection oven. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans along with your everyday dinnerware-glassware and flatware. There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed linens, bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided. We have also made sure that there is plenty of storage space available to you!
Please bring your own personal items and toiletries.
Resort Description::
We chose a condo Daytona Beach Resort because it had great vacation appeal after undergoing a major renovation. There are 3 outdoor pools, oceanfront patio with chaise lounges, tables and beach umbrellas, Tiki-bar, indoor pool and 2 indoor hot tubs for your enjoyment. Work out room and sauna, laundry facilities on site. Plan your special day or conference at this location, there are banquet rooms to accommodate up to 200. This resort is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and pubs and shopping center, recreational facilities. We enjoyed this location and the quiet part of the beach and wanted to be able to offer our guests another superior vacation location!! You will not get a better deal on direct oceanfront!!

In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this reservation. If we are able to rebook
the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for
each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The
option of trading your time in for a later time may be considered, based on availability. Any increases in the rental rate will need to be paid.
