We just completed a $40k renovation on this large
(1200 sq/ft) two bedroom condo and it is beautiful. The location is ideal - just a 3 minute walk on level ground to the Quicksilver high speed lift (Peak 9 area) and a 3 minute walk to the center of town. It has three queen size beds and a comfortable new sofa bed. The living area can be made private for guests using the sofabed.

We have made this into a cozy and luxurious Condo for our family to use in the off season. It is a well
appointed and comfortable place, one of the nicest two bedroom condos you will find in Breckenridge. All the furniture and decorations, just about everything is brand new. We have not filled this place with hand me downs and bunk beds!

Let us know if you are bringing small children. We
leave some of our things in storage there and may be able to provide a crib, a stroller, etc.

This unit also has a rare sun deck which gets full sun all day. Use the gas grill, dine outside and soak up the sun during warmer weather!

The location of the condo is exceptional; walking distance to Maggie's Lake and every great shop in Breck, not to mention one of the main ski lifts. The Condo was immaculate when we arrived and the amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was in great working order. Had not seen my sister and her family for over two years and the condo fit all of us ( 8 people!) with no problem. Needless to say, space was not an issue. I would recommend this condo to any traveling family who is more interested in enjoying not only Breckenridge, but where they are staying as well.

This was our second stay here and once again we loved it. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Great location too. We enjoyed walking into town a number of times. We also went hiking on trails which were very close to the condo. When we went horseback riding we were pleasantly suprised to find that the stables were just a mile or so away. Overall, a great location and a great place to stay... we'll be back!

Nice condo. Well-equipped. 3rd floor and no elevator, so it would not be ideal for older people and people with young children and people with disabilities. Had washer and dryer in unit which was very nice. Good location. Walking distance to slopes.

My family and I (the misses and three little girls) found this condo to be exactly what we were hoping for and expecting. Very clean, needing nothing and we could park the car and forget about it. The pool and hot tube hours could be a little longer - 4-8pm. The heated parking was very nice. Did not need to dig the car out of the snow. We hope to return again someday.

This condo was excellent! It had everything we wanted. It is within walking distance to the lifts, nice beds, nice kitchen, warm atmosphere, and of course a hot tub! The parking garage is great and had lockers for all of our ski and snowboard gear. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this condo. It is perfectly situated... Quick walk to the lifts as well as easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The condo gets great light and is a nice place to come home to after a day on the mountain. Loved having a washer/dryer to use... all the rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable... maybe a little too comfortable, that couch really sucks you in. The fireplace really makes the living room a cozy place to sit and have a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!!! Can't wait to check it out in the summer months too!

This condo was renovated fairly recently, and felt very clean and well taken care of. We absolutely loved the sun deck- what a bonus! This condo is within walking distance to town, so no need to drive anywhere. The beds are a little on the hard side- a warning to soft bed lovers. All in all a great place to stay, and the owners are very nice!

My family rented the condo from 02/23/2012 through 02/27/2012. The condo was great! The floor plan worked well. The unit was furnished comfortably, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. The unit was very clean. Most importantly, the condo was conveniently located. An easy walk to everything. I would definately stay there again.
