The Four O' Clock Run is right down the street for easy access to the Snowflake Lift with access to both Peak 8 and 9 base areas. Trygve's Run on Peak 8 is at the end of the block. Your vacation home has Two master suites with private baths. A main floor bedroom for the grandparents with an adjacent full bath and the in laws will be comfortable on the queen sleeper in the living room. The new patio level family room with the bunk room and full bath is great for the kids creating three seperate levels with four bedrooms and baths for a great vacation. The large living room and seperate dinning area create great family gathering spots at the end of another great day in Colorado's high country. The large kitchen is fully equiped for fun family meals. The hot tub on a very private deck overlooks the forest. The free public bus stop is a short 3 blocks away and a large two car attached garage for all the toys and vehicles completes the place for your perfect vacation.
