Our custom home is located in the Highlands, a premier Breckenridge neighborhood. It is beautifully furnished and includes: a fully equipped gourmet kitchen; a recreation room with pool table and entertainment system; a great room with 2 story rock fireplace; a lovely dining room; radiant floor heat throughout; a private outdoor hot tub; and, a fabulous enormous bunk room with a seating area and private bathroom.

Our home comfortably sleeps 22. It has never been a rental before December 2007, or an exchange home until now. So, it is beautifully maintained and clean.

No nightly rentals. Minimum 5 nights.

Deposits:
Deposit: Deposit of 50% due at time of reservation. Balance plus tax and security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. Guest to pay a cleaning fee of $350.00, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Security Deposit $2,000.00.
Cleaning Fee: $350.00
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation: Full refund less 15% Handling Fee if cancelled at least 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Full refund less 25% Handling Fee is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Full refund less 75% if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No refund for cancellations if less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date. All cancellations must be in writing, sent via facsimile to 619-275-3546 with confirmation proof. Sorry, absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. There are no exceptions.
