Vacation Rental Home Description

Cottontail Creek Ranch is located 9 miles by road or 2 miles as the crow flies from the beach town of Cayucos. A marine influence keeps the canyon cool but without as much coastal fog as the coast. The The Ranch house is a great big wonderful home with decks rambling all around it, taking in the views of the private valley and the surrounding hillsides. A hike up to the top of the surrounding hills is rewarded with a spectacular view of the entire Estero Bay. The home is very comfortable for big and small groups alike. Lots of areas to come together and lots of lofts and spots for quiet space. You are not only renting a home you are getting the opportunity to live on a ranch during your vacation.

Our 2002 rates are as follows:

Summer
June-Sept Weekly $3300
Holiday Weekly $3600

3 night $575/night,
2 night $650/night
Holiday $650/night, 3-7 night min.

+9% county bed tax + a refundable $500 security deposit and a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. All rates are based on a 12 guest visit(extra guest charge of $15/guest/night is available with a max. of 20).

1/2 your your rent is due upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
