Your "Home away from Home" These rare Cottages are located in Santa Barbara's most desirable "East Beach" and are only steps to the pristine white sands of popular East beach.



Please note: Cottages rent by the week only with a Saturday arrival and a Saturday departure. Exceptions may apply close to arrival date.



These unique cottages have all the elements of classic Santa Barbara architecture including the original french casement windows for enjoying the morning sunlight. The Cottages are each 1600 square feet and include two bedrooms, two charming bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large living & dining room accented by a gas fireplace. Laundry facilities within cottage.



Amenities at the Cabrillo inn at the beach located across the street and includes two swimming pools, two 2nd floor Oceanview Sundecks and morning continental breakfast in their Oceanview Lounge.



The cottages have a beautifully landscaped backyard with a large brick patio complete with a BBQ and wood burning fireplace. The Cottages are the perfect choice for either pleasure or business. Book early as there are only 2 cottages available.

Exceptions may apply close to arrival date. Add 20% for Holiday periods, College graduation period and special event periods such as Soltice and Fiesta. Rates subject to 12% occupancy tax. Stays of 35 nights or more exempt from tax. Weekly rate is for 7 nights and Monthly rate is for 28 nights. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: 35% for arrivals greater than 6 months away. 50% deposit for arrivals 45 days to 6 months away. 100% deposit for arrivals within 45 days. $500 Security Deposit due with last deposit payment. A credit card signed imprint required at check-in if not paid in advance. Lodging Tax: 12% Cleaning Fee: $0.00 Cancellations and Refunds: All monies are at risk in the event of cancellation as stated in the Spanish Vacation Cottage Information and Policies which are available prior to booking. Other Fees: Security Deposit of $500 refunded if unit is left in same condition as received. Check In: 4:00PM Check Out: 11:00AM Required Stay: Sat-Sat exceptions may apply.
