Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations for any reason with 60 days notice will receive a full refund, less a $200 Administrative Fee. Cancellations made 59-45 day prior to check-in will pay a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 44-30 day will recieve a 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit advance payment and Security Deposit.
