Just 15 minutes south of Pismo Beach, Blacklake Golf Resort is conveniently located on the Califoria Central Coast between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. The beautiful 27 hole golf course welcomes golfers of every level.
Three units are two-story units with 3 BR and 2-1/2 bathrooms; ONE UNIT IS 2 BR and 1 large bathroom. All have washer/dryer in bathrooms. All are comfortably and attractively furnished and within steps of clubhouse. Bar and grill is open each day til 6:30 p.m. Golf $45 inc cart seven days a week. More discounts available at nearby course, i.e., Cypress Ridge, Monarch Dunes, Marshallia Ranch, Hunter Ranch, the River Course.
Swimming pool and hot tub are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day. Bar and Grill from 7:30 a.m.
All units have flatscreen HD tv's with Wireless Internet connection and unlimited dialing on phone.
We can accommodate one guest or a group requiring several rentals, subject to availability.
Discounted golf rates and 21 day advance tee times are available for Blacklake guests on a daily, bi-monthly, or monthly package. For our guests, Blacklake and Avila Beach Golf Resort offer discounts at $45 seven days a week with cart, including holidays.
Discounts are also offered to condo guests for play at Monarch Ridge, Cypress Ridge, Marshallia Ranch, Hunter Ranch and the River Course in Solvang.
Weather is ideal year round. There are a lot of excellent wineries in area offering wine tasting; Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, Solvang are all nice day trips.
Groceries are 4 miles away at Von's and JJ's, with CVS. Great restaurants nearby.

Thank you for a great stay. We really enjoyed the condos. I hope we were not too noisy on Saturday afternoon. We were outside on the patio and someone suggested we play a card game called Apples-to-Apples. It was lots of fun but we did get a little noisy. No one complained directly to us and I hope no one was bothered. We were pretty quiet for the rest of the time but had a very nice graduation / family reunion. There is so much to do in the area that we only scratched the surface. I would love to come back and explore some more. I will definitely keep your contact information and would love to stay at your condo again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and thanks to Mr. Erwin for coming over to solve the T.V. problem. jean

This is my favorite retreat…just a few hours away….quiet, lots of sunshine on that patio, golfing at great prices… I meet my buddy from Los Angeles….we watch the sports channel on the flatscreen tv, and we play lots of golf…..thanks for setting up all the tee times at various courses for us.

We love to come to Blacklake once a year...always stay with the Erwins...they are the best hosts....all the condos are great and convenient..close to clubhouse. The swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful. Irene will make tee times for us in advance and we always get a discount.
