On this floor level, the kids have a TV/DVD/video games and over 50 kids movies to watch. Also on this floor is the "party area" with a beautiful new knotty pine professional pool table, large flatscreen, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, granite wet bar, executive refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave, mini-stereo and a real slot machine (sorry, tokens only!). Also located on this floor is your ski/boot storage and new commercial grade boot dryer. (dries/warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!)
The central humidifier will keep you comfortable and your "high altitude dryness" in check throughout this beautiful unit! Try to find that in other units! Bedrooms also have small portable humidifiers.

Rates reflect aproximately a 25% discount as you are renting directly from the owner. Most all Deer Valley/Park City homes(including this one)rent through property managemnt agencies. These agencies charge a large percentage to the owner. Property management loves this particular unit because it rents extremely well, but you can have the same unit right from the owner and save. Weekly rates vary depending on season, please inquire. $1000 to $8,000 per week. Preference given to renters staying Saturday to Saturday. Spring special beginning the end of March for half price!
Pool table, wet bar, Game Cube on lower TV for the kids. Free high speed internet access.
