This unit has three levels.

The upper level has two master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings / private baths and TV/DVD's. One bedroom is especially large with an open loft, indoor hot tub, Sony Vaio pc workstation.

The middle level has one master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, master bath, & TV/DVD. The second floor also has the kitchen, dining and great rooms. The two story glass great room just expanded and remodeled! Three big sofas great for two family movie viewing! 525 watt surround sound and stereo, 135 movie DVD and 50 music CD library. The stone fireplace burns real wood. Wood floors with rustic throw carpets. Private outdoor hot tub.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms geared towards kids. Both bedrooms are BRAND NEW. Both rooms are extremely cool with their own new 42" flatcreens / DVD / games. The front bedroom has a queen bed. The other has three sets of twin over full bunk beds (six beds). Being recently added, these cozy bedrooms have no exterior windows but have extremely cool lighting and effects. Both bedrooms are BRAND NEW for 2009. Bedrooms share a travertine/slate full bath. On this floor level, the kids have a TV/DVD/video games and over 50 kids movies to watch. Also on this floor is the "party area" with a beautiful new knotty pine professional pool table, large flatscreen, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, granite wet bar, executive refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave, mini-stereo and a real slot machine (sorry, tokens only!). Also located on this floor is your ski/boot storage and new commercial grade boot dryer. (dries/warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!)

Thank you for all your help with our vacation. The Grady condo was great and fit our needs perfectly. We greatly appreciated having 2 high chairs and 2 cribs. The layout and amenities are terrific. We were even able to have a wheel chair bound friend over for pizza one night in the rec room. Everything was so convenient.
We will definitely recommend the property and hopefully be able to save up and return ourselves in two years.

We have rented this condo 4 times and hope to again. Our group has ranged from 8 this year (2 families of 4) up to 12 in past years. There is lots of room to spread out. When I told my kids we were going to Deer Valley again they immediately asked if we were staying at the same place. They love all the fun games on the lower level. The location is great - a very short bus ride to Deer Valley (2 minutes?). We used to rent different places each year but found this one 4 yrs ago and keep coming back.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. They have thought of everything from the pool table to the massage table. We spent Thanksgiving break here. The kids stayed in the bottom level with the pool table, fuzball table, video game and their own TV. The hot tub was wonderful after sking all day. The top bedroom is a loft, so you can here what is going on in the living area below.

We had a wonderful week in John's condo (3/5/05 thru 3/12/05). This was the 3rd home in Park City that we have rented and our favorite. It is nicely decorated and spacious. The kids enjoyed having the lower level to play or watch a movie while the adults had the option of relaxing in the living room. We didn't feel crowded. The location is great. The shuttles and buses stop right outside. John is a delight to deal with and we hope to rent the unit again.

We had two families of five rent John's House the week before Christmas. This house was a perfect fit for us. The downstairs was great for the kids and the upstairs and huge bedrooms were great for the adults. The house was decorated very nice and everyone loved the bedding. John was very easy to deal with and even called during our stay just to check on everything. The location is excellent and very convenient. We had a great time and would definately rent this house again.

03/29/04 Positive Our stay at the 1140 Stonebridge was absolutely FANTASTIC. This unit has more of the feel of a home than a rental. We felt extremely comfortable and pampered throughout the week as we enjoyed the countless amenities. You can't beat the location...truely steps away from the wonderful Park City Transit bus stop and less than 5 minutes to Deer Valley and Park City. Warm temperatures allowed us to walk, (downhill!) to the quaint town of Park City for dinner. This vacation home has it all!

Attention to detail is evident throughout the unit.
Furnishings are impeccable. Tri-level layout, with duplicable amenities, allows for multiple families or adult and children autonomy. Great stereo system and two large screen televisions. There is even a hot tub and sauna. But the best was the glove and ski boot warmer! Very cool and extremely useful.

Location to town, ski areas and public
transportation is prime. It has it's own private parking spaces.

This condo was great! Perfect for multiple families traveling together. Plenty of beds and space to spread out! The kitchen is nice with all updated appliances. Having TV's in each bedroom is very nice (and helpful with kids of different ages!). The location is extremely convenient to Deer Valley ski school and close to everything you would want to do. We've already rebooked for next year!

Our group was really excited with the condo from the moment we entered. The 3 master suites had super comfortable beds and bedding, with TV's in each. Great layout for kitchen, dining and living room. Kids from ages 5-16 were very happily entertained here. Lots of privacy when you want. Location is super convenient to Deer Valley and Park City, and Canyons is just minutes away. We wouldn't hesitate to return on our next trip to Utah. Definitely NOT your run of the mill "ski condo rental"!

Weekly rates vary depending on season, please inquire. $1000 to $8,000 per week. Preference given to renters staying Saturday to Saturday.
