This condo is 1 1/2 miles to the Park City lift, five miles to The Canyons, 30 minutes to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. 35 minutes to the SLC Airport.
LAY OUT OF CONDO :
This unit has three levels.
The upper level has two master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings / private baths and TV/DVD's. One bedroom is especially large with an open loft, indoor hot tub, Sony Vaio pc workstation.
The middle level has one master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, master bath, & TV/DVD. The second floor also has the kitchen, dining and great rooms. The two story glass great room just expanded and remodeled! Three big sofas great for two family movie viewing! 525 watt surround sound and stereo, 135 movie DVD and 50 music CD library. The stone fireplace burns real wood. Wood floors with rustic throw carpets. Private outdoor hot tub.
The lower level has two additional bedrooms geared towards kids. Both bedrooms are BRAND NEW. Both rooms are extremely cool with their own new 42" flatcreens / DVD / games. The front bedroom has a queen bed. The other has three sets of twin over full bunk beds (six beds). Being recently added, these cozy bedrooms have no exterior windows but have extremely cool lighting and effects. Both bedrooms are BRAND NEW for 2009. Bedrooms share a travertine/slate full bath. On this floor level, the kids have a TV/DVD/video games and over 50 kids movies to watch. Also on this floor is the "party area" with a beautiful new knotty pine professional pool table, large flatscreen, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, granite wet bar, executive refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave, mini-stereo and a real slot machine (sorry, tokens only!). Also located on this floor is your ski/boot storage and new commercial grade boot dryer. (dries/warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!)
The central humidifier will keep you comfortable and your "high altitude dryness" in check throughout this beautiful unit! Try to find that in other units! Bedrooms also have small portable humidifiers.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. They have thought of everything from the pool table to the massage table. We spent Thanksgiving break here. The kids stayed in the bottom level with the pool table, fuzball table, video game and their own TV. The hot tub was wonderful after sking all day. The top bedroom is a loft, so you can here what is going on in the living area below. WOW! What a great place. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a fantastic multi-family vacation. We like to stay in nice places and this definitely hit the mark right on.
