Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee. If the property is rebooked for the same dates, another 30% will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days notice will receive no refund unless the property is rebooked, in which case a 50% refund will be issued minus a $100 processing fee.
