Newly remodeled Park City townhouse at the foot of the Canyons ski resort, just a short walk to the ski lifts or just steps from the cabriolet-providing quick and convenient access to the lifts.
At 2100 sq. ft., this three bedroom, four bath, tri level townhouse is perfect for families. It has a large living/dining room with a fireplace and views of the mountains. The master bedroom is secluded on the top floor and has its own fireplace. Downstairs on the first level are two large bedrooms with separate baths. The middle level contains a large hot tub room with an adjoining bath and steam shower. All newly decorated and like new.
Park City, home to the 2002 Winter Olympics and annual Sundance Film Festival is beautiful in all seasons. There are three large ski resorts just minutes from one other, two of which are accessible by the free shuttle that stops just a stones throw from the townhouse. The townhouse also offers covered parking at the doorstep. The facility has a beautiful heated swimming pool and tennis courts.

We visited Jan. 1, 2007. We were very happy with this unit. It was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom was very spacious as well as the other bedroom. It was very convenient to have four bathrooms since we were 10. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner. The location was great. There are alot of places nearby, like markets, reataurants, stores, etc. It snowed a lot while we were there. It was beautiful. We had a great time and we will definitely be back. We stayed at Dan's place in early February. The accomodations are perfect for a family. We shared the condo with another family, four adults and four kids. The condo was big enough for both families. The accomodations were sufficient for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The condo is well supplied.We had the option of gathering in the living room, playing cards on the dining room table or retreating to our bedrooms (there are TV's in every room). The hot tubs soothed some aches and pains (it's been a long time since most of us had skiied) and it was wonderful for all.
