the only thing we didnt like was the stairs, but we got used to that. the sunrise was beautiful each morning from the deck and we liked being that close to the beach. thank you again, betty

I rented the unit for myself and a few friends. The condo was, in a word, fantastic. It had everything we needed and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the close proximity to the beach (we had actually planned to do more around town, but being so close we ended up spending our time almost exclusively between the beach and condo). I/we have no complaints -- this was an excellent renting experience. Thanks Joel, we hope to do this again next year!

Thank you so much for a great place to stay during our vacation. I brought my 2 year old daughter, and we had an absolute blast! The property is located within a 15 minute drive to many major attractions and resteraunts. The Condo was beautiful, and I loved the view from the balcony, and not to mention the fact that most of the things that you would need for a great day at the beach were already there for our use! Thanks again, we'll definitely be visiting again next year!

My friend and I wanted to just "get away" with her 2 year old daughter. This condo was perfect for us. Steps away from the beach and many other activities in the area (Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, outlet mall, malls, amusement park etc). TONS of restaurants and grocery stores if you decide to stay in and cook. We even ate dinner on the balcony at night since it was so nice. Didn't make it to the pool but we will next time. Did I mention we found our new vacation spot? This may have to turn into an annual trip. Joel was great! Fast in responding...very easy to talk to, and the deposit was returned immediately. Thanks Joel! We will be in touch in the future and DEF recommend this place to everyone!!!
