Smell was awful, like animals were in the rooms
Balcony was very dirty, including full ashtrays and ashes everywhere
Tables dirty
Table in bedroom broken in half
Dirty towels hanging in bathroom, 2 hanging on door with stains
Stains on bedding and pillowcases
SPOT LIGHTS shining in room
No lights in some rooms, not enough lighting, period
Dirty furniture
Couch is broken
Loose boards on floors in doorways, showing nails
Sink leaking badly in kitchen
Floors were not cleaned very well
Walls are VERY dingy
We have 3 small children so somethings are a big concern. We didn't expect to have this many issues for the price we paid. Everything should've been immaculate.
We called and complained several times, the rental agency did absolutely nothing to help nor refund anything. The cabinets under the sink was overflowing and they never even called the maintenance guy or left him the info to come fix the sink. I had to call an hour later after no one showed up when I was told someone would be there in less then 30 minutes. Then finally I reached the maintenance guy and he had not a clue about our issue. He rushed over and he was the only help we received. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

| Deposit: A down payment of $500 is required for summer reservations, i.e., June, July, and August. A $300 down payment is required for off-season reservations (all other months). A down payment of $100 is required from each golfer per golf package. Down payments are due within 7 days of making reservations. If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file to be presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $300 at check in. Tax: 13% Cancellations and Refunds: If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited if travel insurance is not selected.“ Other Fees: Additional housekeeping packages (3-day minimum):more than 4 bedrooms/$75 per day. |
