Write a ReviewUnfortunately, we stayed at Unit 1705 in August, 2011 and found the unit to be very dirty. The carpet was filthy, dead spiders in the corner, food on silverware, a broken glass dome on a dolphin figurine (dangerous for little children), the tv in the middle room only had a few channels, to name a few disappointments.
The Royale Palms is a fantastic property, with great pools, great food and service at the restaurants, fun activities for the children, and a great location. We will stay at the Royals Palms again next year, but not in Unit 1705.
It was extremely overpriced for the quality of the Unit.

| Deposit: A down payment of $500 is required for summer reservations, i.e., June, July, and August. A $300 down payment is required for off-season reservations (all other months). A down payment of $100 is required from each golfer per golf package. Down payments are due within 7 days of making reservations. If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file to be presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $300 at check in. Cancellations and Refunds: If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, which provides full coverage for cancellations, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited if travel insurance is not selected.
