The master bedroom has a king size bed with
pillowtop mattress. Walk-in wardrobe and a large en-
suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, separate bath
and shower.
Bedroom 2 is queen size with pillowtop mattress.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with super-comfy pillow top
mattresses for the deepest of sleeps after an exciting
day at the parks.
Bedroom 2 & 3 are adjacent to the 2nd bathroom with
bath, shower and WC
For those with babies, a cot and high chair are
provided free of charge.
A good range of cooking utensils are provided.
Pets not allowed although you may have the
occasional visit from a local family of ducks as they
waddle past on their way to the nearby lakes.
Wheelchair accessible.
Approximately 20 minutes/12 miles south of Orlando
International Airport and 20 minutes from Disney /
Universal and all main theme parks. Close to
Lakeside Community Park where 4 tennis courts,
children's play area and basketball court are available
for public use.
We are registered for Florida Sales Sax and all

Licence and Osceola County Occupational Licence.
This ensures that our house meets the required

We had a fabulous time in Florida. A large part of that was due to the fabulous villa with a pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by the children after a long day at the theme parks. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. All the comforts of home are there including very good wireless for your laptop (we had many Skype "visits" with our families over Xmas!), free telephone across Canada and the US, and great HBO cable complete with PVR! Then there is the big library of DVD's, CD's, books and games! The home is clean and well furnished (comfy beds!) and the pool is wonderful. The neighbourhood is easy to find and safe. We had terrific weather for our golf games (and the cost of golf is reasonable too!). If we decide to golf Florida again we'll be contacting Mark and Ali and we have already recommended their home to our friends. All rooms are clean, tidy and kitchen has everything required. The kids loved the swimming pool and watched the Simpsons DVD over & over. Disney resort is a good 25 minutes drive away on the Osceola Parkway (toll road but well worth it). There's a massive 24hr Walmart about 6 miles away on the Osceola Parkway before the Toll road. Easy access to Highway 192 (5 mins). We'd highly recommend The Outback Steakhouse on the 192 (we only went there 3 times).
