Luxurious Disney Vacation Rental Home in Kissimmee
Sunset is a true Florida home. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located in the quiet community of Chatham Park just minutes from Disney and all other central Florida attractions.

The large west facing private solar heated screened-in pool (electric heat also available) overlooks a stunningly peaceful lake, with an abundance of wildlife and has loungers, chairs, and in the lanai, dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool may be accessed through the sliding glass door from the living room, kitchen, or master bedroom.
When you first enter Sunset you will see the lounge with dedicated television for watching movies on either the VCR or DVD with PS2. Just past the lounge is the formal dining with seating for six.
The living room offers ample seating with a 52" television with cable box, and DVD player.
All four bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and televisions for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom decorated in a shell/seaside theme is located on the ground floor has a king bed and sliding glass doors opening to the pool. Attached is the master bathroom that has double vanities, separate shower and large bathtub.
Bedroom number two is located upstairs and is a tropical paradise with queen bed.
Bedroom number three has twin beds, and is an animal lovers delight in the style of animal kingdom room with enough stuffed wild animals to make any child from the age of 2 to 80 smile.
Bedroom number four has twin beds is the room for those with the heart of a sailor. Tastefully decorated in a beautiful blue sailing motif.
The garage has been converted into a games room with pool table/air hockey, foosball, dart board, and a table with bar stools.
The laundry area with a washer and dryer is located in the garage.
The community of Chatham Park offers many ammenities for the use of our guests, all within walking distance of the home. Tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and a community pool.

Just recently stayed at Sunset. Lovely lake views plus bonus of solar heated pool and games room. Kids loved the themed bedrooms. Everything was thought of in the house for guests to use.

Spending our vacation in this home was a delight. So becautiful and so relaxing. It took us less than 10 minutes to drive to the parks and coming home to the free solar heated poo and relaxing lake was a true joy. We can't wait to come back again. Thanks for wonderful memories!

We just stayed a week in this lovely house.We were two families with 3 kids and 4 adults. The house was more than big enough. It was clean and nicely decorated. The pictures on the internet were just how the house was. Kitchen utensils, towels, linens were all clean. Location of the house is good too, close to shopping, disney and other attractions of the area. We highly recommend this house.

| Kissimmee Vacation Rental Rate Information Minimum stay is 7 days. We require a 10% deposit on confirmation of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to your visit. Cancellations before 45 days prior to visit, a full refund will be given. Weekly rentals start at $695 plus Florida tax or 425 GBP (tax included). Please add an extra $100 (50GBP)per week for Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays. Pool can be heated if required at an extra cost of $20 (15GBP)per day. |
