SUNSET a beautiful and tastefully decorated two storey 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home within minutes of Disney World and all other Major Attractions in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Sunset is situated on Chatham Park just off Highway 192 with its restaurants, shops, cinemas, etc. The large private west facing solar heated screened pool (electric heat available at additional charge) overlooks a small lake. TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 52" TV in lounge, PS2, games room - Sunset provides a home-from-home atmosphere in which to relax after an exhausting day at the Theme Park. If Sunset is not to your taste we have a wide selection of other homes whether it be 3, 4, 5 or 7 bedrooms. Prices start from $600 per week

Kissimmee Vacation Rental Rate Information
Minimum stay is 7 days. We require a 10% deposit on confirmation of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to your visit. Cancellations before 45 days prior to visit, a full refund will be given. Weekly rentals start at $695 plus Florida tax or 425 GBP (tax included).
Please add an extra $100 (50GBP)per week for Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays.
Pool can be heated if required at an extra cost of $20 (85GBP)per day.
