You truly delivered something that everyone in my family enjoyed! My 18 year old daughter and I got to spend quality time together shopping the outlets and sipping Starbucks on the patio while my twin sons (aged 15) and husband were busy in the game room. My husband and I went to Disney with a couple of friends, and we used to stay at hotels wherever we went, but thanks to a recommendation from another friend, we booked your 3 room villa right in the heart of Disney. We had everything around, restaurants, outlets, bars. We even had a game room with wii, pS3, and other cool games, we had a patio and bbq grill. The best part was the pool and Jacuzzi right outside our door. We enjoyed every inch of the place!

Deposit: Accidental Damage Waiver: An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) fee of $90 is added on to all rentals. ADW is a non-refundable fee whereby American Vacation Living assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the leased premises or its contents during the Tenant’s occupancy. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such. This allows American Vacation Living to waive your responsibility for reported accidental damage up to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,000.00. The damage waiver becomes effective upon check-in and terminates at departure or 11:00 A.M. on the last day of the lease term (“check-out time”), whichever occurs first. Unreported damages, non-accidental damages, excluded damages or damages exceeding $2,000.00 dollars will be the sole responsibility of the Tenant. The non-refundable waiver does not in any way negate your responsibility as Tenant. The cost to repair damage attributable to the Tenant or Tenant’s invitees due to Acts of God, intentional acts, willful conduct, gross negligence, abuse of the property, violation of lease terms, or pets will not be paid under the ADW and remain the responsibility of the Tenant. Any damage must be reported to American Vacation Living prior to “check-out time." The ADW applies only to loss or damage to the leased premises or its contents. The applicability of ADW to damaged property, any determination of the extent of damage and any determination of the cost of repairs to damaged property shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of American Vacation Living. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations: must be submitted in writing. For cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival all monies are forfeited and no refunds will be made.
