Sleeping accommodation includes 2 master bedrooms (one with a King-size and TV and the other a Queen-size bed), en-suite bathrooms, night-stands/lamps, walk-in closets. With our four children (10, 7, 5, and 3) we have tried hotel rooms and suites with limited success in the past. It was so nice having such a comfortable well maintained home to come back to each day. There were lots of beds, more than we needed which meant we could put the younger ones to bed and the older ones didn’t disturb them. In the mornings the early risers in our group turned on the TV in their room and let everyone else sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary supplies which made making meals easy and the nearby grocery store is open late. The kids loved the pool and preferred coming back to the house and their own pool after a day at the parks over any other option we presented. It was relaxing for us as parents to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim after a busy day at the parks. Everyone told us we would come home after 7 days at Disney exhausted but since we had such a comfortable home to stay in, where everyone slept well, we were able to go to the parks every day and not come home exhausted. It was absolutely perfect for us, we were travelling with my parents and our two children (8 and almost 3). We all had plenty of room, the kids really liked having their own tv's, which allowed everyone to have a little "quiet alone time" when it was needed. The pool and hot tub were great, we definately made good use of them (several times a day), it was awesome to be able to come back and relax in the hot tub after a long day. It was really close to all the major attractions and there were many great restaurants nearby. John has a beautiful home. It was truly a home away from home. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. He even had strollers which we used for taking our kids to the theme parks. Everything we needed to cook a meal or have a barbeue was right there. Just a few seconds down the road to the supermarket and we saved a lot of money from having to eat out every meal. John runs a terrific place for the whole family to stay in comfort. The house was truly wonderful for 7 of us including 3 little ones under 5 years old. They simply loved the TVs in the bedrooms, the pool in the back, and the huge pool at the clubhouse. The movie theatre in the clubhouse was top notch as well. This was my family's second time at Disney. The first trip we stayed at a "luxury" resort. But luxury means staying in a cramped room, spending countless dollars on unhealthy restaurant food for my kids, and having to go to bed when the kids went down. Our thanks to John for helping to make our first real family vacation a memorable event! The house is everything it seems to be on the website. Our children loved the pool; especially swimming at night with the light on. The house is close to all the attractions and very easy to get to from the airport. We felt comfortable and at home right from the first day. John called at least twice to make sure everything was OK which we really appreciated. It was family reunion fun all around. We spent two days in the Bonds home, there were 10 of us, four adults and 6 kids. This ofcourse is two families. It accomidated us perfectly. We had a great time and everyone had plenty of space. We were able to enjoy a nice family meal on our first night with out the fuss of taking out 6 children under 8 years old. The kids ate first and then played while we as adults could relax with a nice seafood dish without the restuarant prices. Then after we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was truly nice to all be together and not have any place to return too. The best part was, it was someone else home we were quests in, a home away from home. It is so nice to both be host and quests all in one. After staying in a home, hotels would seem to expensive and small. John was wonderful from beginning to end, by checking in and fixing minor problems. Aside from the pool heat not being turned on prior to the stay, our vacation was perfect and memoriable. All the children loved Magic Kingdom with Mikey and on our last day they all swam even though the pool never heated up warm enough for us adults, the kids didn't seem to mind. We stayed in the perfect hot tub. Thanks again Bonds for the use of your beautiful home. We look forward to next time. I highly recommend this villa for anyones holiday travels. The home was comfortably appointed for our needs, our children loved the pool in the backyard, and we loved the privacy this backyard had versus other homes we have rented in the area. The closeness of the home to the recreation center was also great. We could walk in a minute to the store, movie theatre, playground and main pool complex. The gas BBQ also made for some great dinners in. The best surprise of all was the movie theatre. We could book movies for free and watch them in this great theatre and bring our own beverages and snacks. Our kids watched at least 5 different Disney movies over the three week holiday and my wife and I were able to see a few recent DVD releases that we missed in the theatre.
