Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of vacating!
Cancellations and Refunds:
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are dependent upon our ability to find a substitute tenant. If a cancellation is made prior to receipt of any of the payment, your deposit would be refunded only if we can find a substitute tenant. For cancellations made after payment of any portion of the rent, forfeiture of the rent received would result if we are unable to find a substitute tenant, but the deposit and city tax would be returned. If we should need to re-advertise in order to fill your cancellation, we would deduct any expenses incurred in trying to re-rent the condo from any monies due to you. (This generally would only occur if a cancellation is made within 1-3 weeks of the arrival date.) If you should need to cancel, we will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. (For the few people who have canceled to date, we have been able to find other renters.) Any size dogs are Welcome!

Security deposit of $500, from which the $125 cleaning fee will be deducted. There is a pet charge of $100.

Reviewer:  Amazing!  

My family and I really enjoyed our stay on Imperial Beach. The condo was everything we expected and more. I cannot wait to come back. It's lovely for our family since it's a bottom corner unit and the parking is so close to the unit. We didn't have any steps to go up from the car into the unit! When you have little kids there is a lot more schlepping around! Our children can't wait to come back and see the surfers!

Fantastic Experience!
My whole family stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The owner was tremendously friendly and willing to please. The condo was quit comfortable for all 6 of us and the fresh air from the ocean breeze was so relaxing, we never slept so well! The kids love the the beaches and all the activities that were within walking distance! The adults loved walking and hiking and swimming in the ocean , just a few steps away! We celebrated a family member combined birthday and all 6 of us fit comfortably around the dining room table. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen appliance and accommodation area. We were right on the beach and only and 5 minutes from an array of stores and restaurants. We are coming back next year.

Home away from home!
My kids (13 and 8 years old} and I stayed a week in June. As soon as we arrived, we were so pleased that it was such a peaceful and relaxing hideaway. The large patios off the master-bedroom and one off the living room was great to sit and take in the ocean air. It was wonderful to have the beach as our backyard. The rocks have built in "steps" so it is easy to access the sand or walk less than a min. down the sandy path to the beautiful beach. The condo had everything we needed! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very easy access to major attractions, the airport and Mexico. My one and only choice for our next San Diego vacation!

WOW! The Best Kept Secret!
This was a great place to stay...yes so we had to buy a barbecue cause the one ether wasn't working...but we didn't starve! Really hate to write tons of good things about it, cuz although we have never stayed in IB for vacation we think it might be our new favorite place and alot less crowded and commercialized like some of the beaches we usually stay at in San Diego. The condo was great and although not top of the line luxury it was so much better than any hotel. The view amazing and the sound of waves from the living room-dining room and master bedroom area was wonderful. Kayli the owner was very easy to work with and answered my questions and concerns very timely. I really hope to make this a yearly trip...our grown children and grandson loved everything about the place. Lots of great in-expensive places to eat within short walking distance or you can drive 1-10 miles for lots of great places. We stayed during the heat wave in San Diego and the weather although warm was wonderful at the beach!!!

The best familly vacation Stay!
The condo was a 5 star, It was awesome for the kids. great surfing lessons right in front of the unit. Beautiful beaches. Just hanging on the patio we saw schools of dolphins just about every night, we loved watching the kite surfers and surfers. We played golf and swam laps every day within 10 min away. The dining was very elegant with great restaurants, shopping etc. Looking forward to many more vacations at our favorite beach front condo!

Our Family had the best vacation. This condo has all the luxury and conveniences we were looking for! We never experienced what it was really like to be right on the water. We have 3 kids so the bottom corner unit was very spacious.We had room to lounge around, barbecue, and surf with ease! No climbing up stairs and the parking is right next to the unit. I never slept so well with the sounds of the ocean and the fresh ocean air! Thank you again for sharing your lovely unit with our family!

every time we go back to this area we fall in love with it even more. At times it's like our own beach. We love kayaking in the estuary and hiking / running the trails around the beach, it's a wild wild life preserve that is to dyr for with all the wild bird habitats. I have never seen such amazing sunsets along the beach with the dolphins jumping high and in sync with others dolphins. This is a must for having it all , private beach out your front door and the city life around the corner if need be, not to mention amazing restraunts and very friendly people. We rode horses within a 10 min drive on the beach and swam them across the river mouth and rode right to our beach front condo that we rented! Breathtaking:-))

Our family has been going back to this vacation rental and we love it! The owner is very professional, and goes out of her way to make our accommodations and family feel right at home. We had an emergency and our daughter's family needed a place to stay for 4 nights during our stay.. She made necessary arrangements moved 2 cots in for the kids , and let us borrow the bicylces and surf boards to help cheer them up!

Our family felt that this area was the best kept secret! It was crystal clear the water and the skies were so much bluer than when we stayed north of here up the coast- Lajolla and Del Mar. We were quit surprised how great the shopping was and amazing restraunts. The unit was fabulous, great mattresse to boot and the sound of the Ocean was so therapeutic our kids actually fought less with one another. It was a blessing that we could be on the bottom floor and the parking right next to the unit. How conveniant when you have 3 kids and an elderly and shelping all their toys down to the beach was effortless.It made it so convienant. You feel like it's your own private home , since you have a corner unit and he 2 private patios off of the master and living room. We loved watching the surfers and it's a good thing the rocks are in front or those surfers would be riding the waves into the living room. Our kids can't stop telling their friends how much they love Ca. and we let them know if their grades are good and they behave we will come back to their favorite Beach Vacation, and this time learn how to Surf! This will be our 7th stay and this time it's for 3 weeks!Were counting Down!
