La Mission Beach House is a spacious duplex located in Mission Beach, San Diego on a walk street (no cars are allowed on the walk street) steps away from the Pacific ocean and one block from Mission Bay. Only minutes from the San Diego Airport, Downtown, Point Loma, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, See World, Wild Animal Park and Lego Land, La Mission Beach House is ideally located to optimize your vacation time. Whether you choose to lounge at the beach or visit one of the many attractions La Mission Beach House is the place you can call home for your vacation.

The upstairs unit... is a large one bedroom (King Size Bed), queen size lazy boy sofa bed in living room and one bath. The unit has a large deck with ocean and bay views. This unit has been completely remodeled with all new kitchen, bathroom, paint, furniture, electrical, plumbing, hardwood and travertine flooring, granite and marble counter tops, travertine wainscot, stainless steel appliances, laundry facility and decking. This unit will sleep four with plenty of room to spare. Have breakfast at the new breakfast bar or have dinner out on the deck and watch the sunset over the ocean. Sun bath on the deck with privacy or go to the beach and play in the ocean and sand. Don't forget to watch the Sea World firework show from the deck and watch the stars at night. Watch TV on one of the two 32 inch flat panel televisions or bring your lap top computer and surf the internet on high speed cable. This unit also has a one car garage located at the alley side of the street that fits small to mid size vehicles with access to the house. The lower unit... is a two bedroom with a queen size bed in one of the rooms and two single beds that can be converted to a king. In the living room will be a queen size sofa sleeper. The bathroom has 1920's claw foot iron tub. This unit has been completely remodeled with all new kitchen, bathroom, paint, furniture, hardwood and travertine flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite counter tops, travertine wainscot, stainless steel appliances and laundry facility. This unit will sleep six with plenty of room to spare. Enjoy playing in the sand and surf all day or take moon lit walks on the beach in the evening. Watch TV on the new flat panel television or bring your lap top computer and surf the internet on the highs speed cable. This unit also has a one car garage located at the alley side of the street that fits small to mid size vehicles.
