Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation more than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival day, all but $50 gladly refunded. If you cancel less than 30-60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date, we will retain your full deposit as a cancellation fee. All but $50 will be returned if property is re-rented at same rate for the same scheduled dates.
