3 time visitors to this really lovely home,the house comes with everything you could need and much more.The pool area is great,secluded and so peaceful,as is the entire estate.Yet close enough to all the shopping and parks you could want.I truly couldn't fault it,Mark and Ali should be justifiably proud of their home,I cant recommend it highly enough.

As soon as we stepped through the front door of the villa we instantly felt at home. It was very clean and very well presented and was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable-a real home from home. Great location being in a local neighbourhood away from tourists!! Also, Mark and Alison were very helpful from the moment we booked right through to the end of the holiday. Highly recommended.

Recently refurbished, luxury 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed villa. Large 30ft private south facing solar-heated pool. Our Villa offers family accommodation in a pleasant setting within easy reach of the parks and attractions.
Free 7mb wireless broadband internet. Free calls within US and Canada. Premium HBO Cable channels (200+) in all rooms. Pause / Rewind / Record live TV in Family room. Large selection of DVDs, books and games. Home theatre surround sound system, La-Z-Boy reclining sofa, La-Z-Boy Queen size Sofa sleeper, DVD/CD/Tuner System in family room, DVD and TV in master bedroom, Cable TV and DVD in bedroom 2, Cable TV in bedroom 3.
Close to I-192 where a choice of restaurants and shops can be found.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with pillowtop mattress. There is a TV and DVD, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, separate bath and shower.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed with pillowtop mattress and cable TV/DVD. Bedroom three has twin beds and cable TV. These two bedrooms are adjacent to the second bathroom with bath and shower. For those with babies, a cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
Amenities include air conditioning, 30ft solar heated pool, double garage, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stereo.
A good range of cooking utensils are provided.
Pets not allowed although you may have the occasional visit from a local family of ducks as they waddle past on their way to the nearby lakes.
Wheelchair accessible.
Approximately 20 minutes/12 miles south of Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes from Disney/Universal and all main theme parks. Close to Lakeside Community Park where 4 tennis courts, children's play area and basketball court are available for public use.
Call for availability and great late deals.
We are registered for Florida sales tax and all Resort Taxes and the rental rates include these taxes. We hold, as required by State Law, a hotel/motel Licence and Osceola County Occupational Licence. This ensures that our house meets the required safety, security and hygiene standards. The house is inspected annually to ensure compliance.

These rates are per week, and apply for up to 6 guests. Additional guests will be charged at £ 25.00 per week per guest.
Our normal weekly hire period will be from Saturday to Saturday. Although we do take midweek bookings (please check with us) additional days are charged pro rata at the weekly rate.
Please note that peak dates (Bank holidays, Easter, Christmas etc are priced at a higher rate)
