Deposits:
A refundable security deposit check of $150.00 needs to be received within seven days of the reservations. ($300 with pets.) The deposit will be returned one week after departure providing there has been no damage to the cottage or its contents and an eviction has not taken place. Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the unit. In the event of an eviction, rent and deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Full refund of the deposit for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival. 50% refund will be provided for cancellations 7 to 14 days before arrival. No refund of deposit for cancellations less than 1 week before arrival. Full refund of deposit will be given if the owner is able to reserve another guest for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation.

We had a terrific time as always. We caught 83 fish, 10 different kinds. We don't troll but we did get a couple of walleyes. We kept a few perch, a couple white bass and a catfish but all the rest we did catch & release.

As always your cabin was terrific and I hope when we left we left it in good shape for you.

I have been staying at varius places on Lake Koshkonong since the late 50's and this one by far is the best stocked with supplies, TV's, cd players etc. It is within a few miles of Janesville, Milton, Newville and Fort Atkinson. We are primarily fisherman and with the water high we did pretty good. Dallmans boat launch is very close and ths short walk to the 15 foot access for this property is no problem at all and the watershed is ideal for storying boat supplies while you are in. Enjoyed this trip immensely and look forward to staying here again.
