The furnishings, bedding, linens and dinnerware are all in a 'Nautical' theme.
We specialize in weekend getaways, family gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate events, bachelorette and bachelor parties
While staying at The Nautical Inn you can choose the accommodations that suit your needs. You have 4 unique choices:
Rent the 5 bedroom house which accommodates 12 guests.
Rent the 6 bedroom house which accommodates 14 guests.
Rent both the 5 and 6 bedroom house which accommodates 26 guests.
Add in the studio apartment which accommodates 3 guests in conjunction with either house and we can accommodate up to 29 guests all on the grounds of "The Nautical Inn."
Both homes have access to our Community Room and Office Center complete with Movie Library, Games, Books, Brochures, Foosball Table, Reading Area, Wireless Internet, Additional Kitchen Area, Private Office Area and Bathroom.
A stay at one of our vacation rental homes in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is a whimsical treat, located in the downtown Lake Geneva Historic District. This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over a quarter century. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions.
Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on our large front porches, complete with wicker furniture. Or, sit back and enjoy a cool drink or lunch on our rear back deck, complete with a patio/umbrella set, lots of seating and a BBQ grill. We have plenty of off-street parking and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away.

The owners were very accomodating and the house was phenomenal. I threw a bachelor party and rented the pontoon boat. The boat was in great condition and was exactly what we needed to explore on Lake Geneva.
They also had a great outdoor setup which left plenty of room for us to grill out, hang out, throw the football, and play bags. I would HIGHLY reccomend this to anyone and especially bachelor/bachelorette parties. I am too young to have a family but if I did this would be a perfect place to take them for the week or long weekend. Debi and her husband were very helpful with all of our accomodations and gave us great advice on what to do in and around Lake Geneva.

My cousins and I go to Lake Geneva every year. On Monday we went to the beach. On Tuesday we went on their boat for 2 hours. Wednesday we went to the beach. Today is our last day. We thought it was time to get all our family's 4 generations together in one place for Christmas. Having grown up in the area Lake Geneva was (and is) one of my favorite places. Thought of going to a resort or hotel locale, but, wnated something different- and we selected your marvelous Nutical Inn homes (sight unseen) after finding an advertisement in a magazine, looking on-line and contacting you. They are incredibly delightful and we had a grand time. Thank you for your gracious reception. The second day we were here we awoke to a blanket of fresh snow, which continued all day, and then again later in the week. We got together with family and friends and everyone was impressed with the houses- the BIG question was how long did it take you to amass all of the Nautical decor? Our Christmas gathering was perfect and the Community Room was a big hit. It was a memorable visit and a really White Christmas here. We would highly recommend a visit here.

Your decorating is amazing. And you did not forget anything as far as stocking the kitchen! We all slept very well and felt like we were at home.
Your location is Perfect!! Close enough to walk, but not the noise. How nice to not have to pack everyone up and try to find a parking spot downtown. We enjoyed the lake with our boat and of course dinner at Popeye's.

We had a great reunion. 12 nurses who graduated from Milwaukee Hospital School of Nursing 50 years ago!! We will be attending an alumni reunion on Friday at the Radisson. This house was so accommodating and we all enjoyed Lake Geneva. The 12 Round Robins who have kept in close touch through a letter that makes the rounds once a year (for 40 years)and through mini-reunions periodically!

We just got back to St. Louis last night after our stay at the Nautical Inn, and I wanted to let you know what a terrific time we had. Everything was perfect. We angled the dining room table so we could butt the kitchen table up to it, and had plenty of room for all of us to play cards and enjoy meals together.
We were all so impressed at how thoughtful you were, from that terrific notebook you put together, to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, to the extra bathroom supplies and the cardtable and chairs that were waiting for us.
After negotiating the downtown traffic for a couple of hours, we really appreciated the convenience of the parking area behind the house. And you were absolutely right - we could walk to everything!
My only real worry was how 11 adults would share 2 bathrooms!! I am happy to report that we had no problems at all! Obviously our group has learned how "to share well with others". :)

Our stay here was just delightful. The accommodations were perfect for 11 of us. We really enjoyed the "mailboat" tour and found a number of great restaurants to handle large groups. "Mars" on Lake Como was wonderful. We "really" appreciated parking spaces on the premises. Adding the kitchen table to the dining room table gave us enough room for cards! All in all we had a great time!

Here for a family wedding, we did not realize we would be right by the church. The location was perfect. We gathered from Chicago, St. Paul, Boston, and Sydney, and had a very special Mass with Father Terry at St. Francis Church. Thank You. We loved this space, it's comfort and location. The information left in the house on the area was helpful. This was a very accomadating house....cozy too!

Thank you so much for a great weekend, aside from the mounds of snow and horrendous glow-in-the-dark mini golf downtown. We had more fun than a barrel of....I'd say monkeys, but I'm not quite sure on the scale of fun in relation to primatives without exagerration. After all, if there's one thing I learned in the last 36 hours it's to be honest. I wouldn't exactly say that the weekend spent at the Nautical Inn changed my life but...my weekend at the Nautical Inn changed my life. I will never be the same.

We had a wonderful reunion in your home. We love the lighthouses- my mom's favorite. The home has great amenitites, awesome location (we walked everywhere). The kids loved the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen was appreciated when we made lots of great food. Thank you so much for letting us use your home. It was great and we will hopefully be back.

This is the 2nd year of the new Hanson Family Children tradition of meeting every August. Our first trip was spent on the coast of Portugal, and this year we decided to revisit childhood memories on the beautiful Geneva Lake. Great place to stay! We loved having a place to stay while in visting our families and friends, and enough space to not feel as if we are on top of each other! Loved the close in location, we took many strolls with the baby and enjoyed the beautiful weather and town. The place is really great and clean!

Had a great and productive week of work. We needed a brain storming session and the lighthouses showed us the light! Plenty of ideas flowed, and flowed, and flowed! We really enjoyed our visit. Small memories to note- John and S.B. got to take baths ( Couldn't function the shower),Old Time Photo really captured the essence of the "gang"!

"Girls Weekend" Yeah! Thanks for the hide-a-way weekend. Winterfest sculptures were fablous...all the people, how fun. Movies, munchies and lots of laughs. Good times.... This property is just great. The decorations are unbelieveable- not a place missed that there is not a cute lighthouse. The house is warm, cozy and comfortable. There are all kinds of activities and the front porch is a great place to sip wine and relax. Had so much fun at the house and in Lake Geneva. Great vacation!!!
