The Nautical inn has 2 theme-based residences, right next door to each other. The 6 bedroom home is decorated throughout in lighthouse and sailboat decor. The 5 bedroom home is decorated throughout in all Key West and beach decor.
The furnishings, bedding, linens and dinnerware are all in a 'Nautical' theme.

While staying at The Nautical inn you can choose the accommodations that suit your needs. You have 4 unique choices:
Rent the 5 bedroom house which accommodates 12 guests.
Rent the 6 bedroom house which accommodates 14 guests.
Rent both the 5 and 6 bedroom house which accommodates 26 guests.
Add in the studio apartment which accommodates 3 guests in conjunction with either house and we can accommodate up to 29 guests all on the grounds of "The Nautical Inn."
Both homes have access to our Community Room and Office Center complete with Movie Library, Games, Books, Brochures, Foosball Table, Reading Area, Wireless Internet, Additional Kitchen Area, Private Office Area and Bathroom.

This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over a quarter century. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions.
Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on our large front porches, complete with wicker furniture. We have plenty of off-street parking and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away.
