This oceanside, 1st flr condo has been tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture for your comfort. The living room has a pull out sofa with a queen sleeper, loveseat and comfortable chair with ottoman. The kitchen has a large table with seating for eight and three bar stools. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid bed with a full on the bottom and a single on top.
PERFECT LOCATION FOR FAMILIES! No need to drive-everything is within walking distance. Located at the foot of the boardwalk which is between two of Morey's amusement piers, an ocean front movie theatre, movies on the beach and plenty of good dining . Located on the street that hosts the Friday night fireworks. Raging Waters water park is three blocks away.
LARGE COVERED DECK to sit out, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
Amenities include central air, gas heat, 32' flat screen TV,DVD,VCR and stereo in the family room. All bedrooms include 20' flat screen TV/DVD units with cable and A/V hook ups for video games. DVD & VHS library available for your enjoyment.
Pillows, mattress pads, blankets and comforters are included.
Parking for two cars in garage & one in driveway.
Private outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Four beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler are supplied for your convenience.
Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins located steps away for that morning coffee or late night ice cream.
This is the perfect location for your vacation.
We only rent to families or over 25.
