I found it necessary to respond to WG' review. policy stated on site no refunds unless site can be re-rented for same period. Tenant neglected to say the rental amount due was 1225.00 of which they paid less than half. They never paid in full as requested in lease. They called and said they could not stay. I, apologized and suggested they leave unless they were willing to pay in full to stay. A finial is missing on the bed. the drawer front is off on the dresser but had just happed and no danger of getting hurt. not sure what tile is broken. In short I lost the balance for the rental since they did not comply with the terms, clearly printed on their lease. If they wanted the Hilton, that's where they should have gone. I am not in a position to afford the luxury a hotel chain can. I wish I were.

My family and I where there in July of 2012 for only 3 hours when I received a phone call that there was a death in my family . We spoke to the owner and the owner said for us to leave now even though we told her the funeral would be in a few days , and we would not have to leave until then. Her reply was to get out now , I paid $475.00 for the deposit and she would not give us ANYTHING back. I run a Business Here and that she lost money . I was willing to pay a cancellation fee (like most hotels ) but not to lose $475.00 for a 3 hour Stay! All she talked about was how she lost money , but not taking consideration that my family has just lost a life ! Also in the bedroom that has 2 beds there , the tall tan chest has magically shrunken to a small nite that is missing draws. The second bedroom had part of the headboard missing . If you have young child , do not put them on the broken tile floor . A word of Advice ... Before you book a place , make sure you SEE it before giving that deposit .

This is a GREAT place to stay!!! It's very close to the beach and boardwalk so u don't have to walk far at all to have lots of fun. The house was super clean and cozy. The back yard was perfect to have a little bbq after a long day on the beach, you could just sit out back and relax in the shade. Eleanor was so nice, very welcoming it's hard to find such nice people to rent from that accept not only you but your pets as well. We had such a great time and we can't wait to go back next year.

Nice, clean place to stay. Has everything you would want/need to live comfortably. We loved it and the price was right too!! If you're expecting a lavish, high end type condo, this is not for you but if you are looking for a place to "hang your hat", to sleep and relax this is it. Very quiet area and close to the boardwalk. Will definitely rent again if we decide to go again for an extended stay.

I just spent a wonderful week at this little place on 26th street. My dogs were welcome and felt right at home. This place has everything you need, no more, no less. The price was definitely right and the owners were lovely people to do business with. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the action. You are a walk away from anything you may need. I would stay here again.

Rented this little duplex in 2009 and in 2010. Accomodations are all you need. Only 1.5 blocks to beach. You cannot beat the price. They allow you to bring your pets, which is a difficult place to find. If you are looking for a high end condominium then this is not the place for you. This place is clean, has a great location, everything you would need for a family vacation and is affordable. What more could you ask for?
