This is new condominium with over 1600 square feet of space! It is an end unit with tons of windows and a huge deck for entertaining.

This property features a huge kitchen with a large island bar. Included are all new Kenmore appliances including a dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of counter space and large cabinetry.

It is located among the newly constructed homes on 17th street near "Owen's Pub", "Woody's Place" and "Scoops". It is within walking distance of Morey's Piers which feature three amusement parks and two waterparks.

Nights on the town at Owen's Pub or Woody's or an evening ice cream at Scoops are all less than a block away. Guests will also enjoy shopping on the boardwalk or playing miniature golf.

I stayed in this condos over christmas break. It was outstanding. I've rent couple other condos before this time but this is the best one so far. The house is brand new and everything is in excellent condition. If I ever need a rental in New Jersey area, this would be my first choice.

Hands down the absolute BEST vacation I've ever had...and most of that was due to where we stayed. I've stayed in 5 star luxury hotels, and that wasn't nearly as nice as staying here. Room for everyone...I had freedom and felt for the 2 weeks we stayed there like I was "home". I recommend this condo to ANYONE wanting a memorable vacation...it was clean, beautiful, convenient to the beach (and everything else we had planned) - really perfect. A++
