Gorgeous new 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home at 506 E. 16th
Avenue, located in a premier area of North Wildwood--just two
doors from the beach and boardwalk. OCEAN VIEWS FROM
THE FRONT DECK AND ROOFTOP SUNDECK. This 1400 sq.
foot shore home is beautifully furnished and decorated with
upscale amenities for wonderful family vacations: multiple
TV/VCR/DVD's, ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen,BBQ gas
grill. For the kids, I provide a high chair, pack-&-play crib,
umbrella stroller, booster seat, games and toys, boogie boards
and beach toys.
The spacious "Great Room" features a vaulted ceiling,new
hardwood floors, skylights, ceiling fan, a large and comfortable
living area, dining room, and breakfast bar with seating for three.
Relax or enjoy a meal on the front deck, or climb the spiral
staircase up to a private, furnished rooftop sundeck (9x20).
The property is less than 75 feet from the northend entrance of
the boardwalk, where you can catch a tram car for boardwalk
activities, including rides, waterparks, restaurants and shops. NO
STREET TO CROSS TO GET TO THE BEACH!
Sand filled kids playground is right outside our door, and you can
watch them from the front deck.
Garage and driveway parking for 2 cars. (Garage will NOT fit full

Our family had a great time in North Wildwood last week and the house was in a perfect location 2 buildings from the beach and the start of the boardwalk. We were very comfortable there as we have 3 young children and this unit met all of our needs. The place was very clean and the kitchen was great and stocked with everything including all of the little things that you may need. The storage room was large enough to fit all of our beach stuff including 4 bikes easily. I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to North Wildwood.

If you're looking for a home-away-from home rental experience, you CAN'T BEAT THIS UNIT!! The master bedroom is huge, and the kids will love the bunk room! The living room is truly a "living room"....unlike the place we stayed at in the Crest for the last five years. Kitchen is full-sized; no "effeciency unit" here!! Location to the beach is wonderful (if you've stayed in the Crest, you know you have to cross two time zones to get to the water) and there are no roads to cross to get to the sand. Lastly, the photos do not do justice (and we were pretty much sold from the photos) to the unit. More bang for the buck? NUCLEAR!!!
