Weeks for the 2009 season will be going fast! Gorgeous new 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home at 506 E. 16th Avenue, located in a premier area of North Wildwood--just two doors from the beach and boardwalk. ocean VIEWS FROM THE FRONT DECK AND ROOFTOP SUNDECK. Our 1400 sq. foot shore home is beautifully furnished and decorated with upscale amenities for wonderful family vacations: multiple TV/VCR/DVD's, ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen, large George Foreman electric grill, BBQ gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella. For the kids, we provide a high chair, pack-&-play crib, umbrella stroller, booster seat, games and toys, boogie boards and beach toys.
The spacious "Great Room" features a vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fam, a large and comfortable living area, dining room, and breakfast bar with seating for three. Relax or enjoy a meal on the front deck, or climb the spiral staircase up to a private, furnished rooftop sundeck (9x20).
The property is less than 75 feet from the northend entrance of the boardwalk, where you can catch a tram car for boardwalk activities, including rides, waterparks, restaurants and shops. NO STREET TO CROSS TO GET TO THE beach!
Sand filled kids playground is right outside our door, and you can watch them from the front deck.
Garage and driveway parking for 2 cars. (Garage will NOT fit full size van)
