Vacation Rental Home Description
**Please do not inquire if you are a Senior Week student- This is a family location, and we do not rent to people under 21 years of age.
Welcome to Seascape Heron, located in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland on 120th Street, bayside. vacation in one of OC's most prestigious locations surrounded by beautiful bay grasses and plush landscaping- This luxury condominium complex is nestled in a quiet bayside neighborhood, which boasts 2 large outdoor pools, plus a kiddie pool (all located right next door to our building.) It also overlooks a 10-acre wildlife preserve, which is situated in the center of the community. The unit has a large, private porch with views of the inlet off of the bay.
This 2 BR, 2 BA unit has been completely refurnished, re-carpeted, tiled recently. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, while decorated in a light "beachy" motif. There is a spacious living room which has cathedral ceilings and large windows for a bright/cheery atmosphere. The unit has color TV in 3 rooms including the 35" large screen in the LR.
In addition to the large Queen master bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a full-sized lower with a twin above. The living room also has a full-sized futon sleeper (as well as a loveseat which could sleep one or 2 kids under 5 feet tall)- So the unit can accommodate 6-7 people comfortably. We take great pride in our "beach-house" and we use it frequently ourselves. It is meticulously cleaned and maintained throughout the year.
There is a large 30 foot-long porch which has access from both bedrooms and the living room. There is a beautiful water view that overlooks the grassy courtyard. We have a love-seat glider on the deck, as well as large table/chairs/umbrella.
There are quiet side-streets for walking and biking and it's a short, 3-block walk to the beach. There is a large grocery store at the end of the street- as well as a CVS and Wawa. All of the best restaurants are located within a few blocks, including The Greene Turtle, Phillips Seafood House, Jordan's Rooftop, Crabcake Factory, J.R.'s Ribs, and Higgins Crabhouse! The 58 acre Northside Park complex is an easy walk at 5 blocks away and includes jogging paths, 2 tot-lots, picnic areas, ball fields, fishing lagoon, gymnasium, and 1/4-mile pier. Heron Harbour is situated in the perfect bayside location- only 3 blocks from the ocean, but just far enough away from Coastal Highway so that your stay will be peaceful and relaxing.
