Please rent at your own risk! I paid $1865 in full to this owner Sept, 2010 for our vacation week for July 2011. We are to pay her a $200 key deposit two weeks before our vac. date. I called and emailed but Diane NEVER returns your calls or emails. She also told me that i never paid her the $1865 which lead me to contact my bank and pay a fee to get a returned check copy. In this time i emailed / called her 6 different times and she only responded w/ I don't have record of you paying. Once i subitted proof she asked for the $200 key deposit, we took our vacation, the property was goregous and upon our return home i mailed her the keys back. It took me contacting the better business bureau before she gave me $150 of my $200 deposit back. (this took over a month to get my refund) She claims the keys never got to her but i know i mailed them. My only fault was not mailing them w/ proof of delivery. I contacted her countless times and she never responds back, she keeps your money and doesn't keep track of your payments. If you were to take my advice, RUN quickly before ever renting from this lady!
