Also this level has the kitchen with modern appliances, dining area with a table and 8 chairs along with stools at the counter, a morning room with a 32" TV/DVD and a half bath. There is a balcony off the living room overlooking the fountains.
The third level has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a master bath which has a large soaking tub, separate shower stall, and double vanity sink. This level has a hall bath, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top).
The fourth level has another bedroom with a queen bed, balcony and a full bath.
Internet connection available (bring your own computer). This rental includes the use of the outdoor pool, indoor pool, walking paths, bayside beaches & interactive fountains. Parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage and 1 on the parking pad behind the house. Sunset Island store and restaurant are all within walking distance.

This is a Nonsmoking property with a max. occupancy of 12. No Pets permitted.
