Vacation Rental Home Description

Round Pond Station is a veritable compound able to handle the larger family type groups in one of the most picturesque places in the area. The beautiful sunsets, the mist on the lake, the view of Mt Abram, the towering Norway pines and the call of the loon are just outside your door. Our three-season real Railroad Caboose with sleeping quarters, bathroom and chatting room is a special piece of nostalgia that is sure to thrill your entire group. And the home with a living room, fireplace room, billiard parlor, fully equipped rec room, screened porch and outdoor hot tub will afford plenty of space and fun for all. Just 15 minutes to the Sunday River ski slopes, 10 minutes to Mt Abram, and just over an hour to Storyland and North Conway.

Summer rates are 5000 per week, Fri-Fri from late June thru late-August. June and last week of August reduced rates apply. Late March thru June and Sept thru late December very negotiable for both large and small groups. Please call for holiday weeks and weekends and specials. Call for other rates. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: One half rental amount due within 5 days of verbal commitment. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations and Refunds: Absolutely non unless we can re-rent property to another group. $75 cancellation fee applied. Check In: 2:00PM Check Out: 10:30AM Required Stay: 2 nights.
