My family and I have been renting this townhouse each year since 2003. The location is key as well as the layout of the place. This was the nicest and most plushly appointed condo we've ever stayed in. This place easily sleeps 10 people privately, without anyone having to sleep in an open area (such as a living room). The location is key, close to downtown North Conway yet also bordering National Forest. It was a short walk to Diana's Baths waterfall and we were also able to take several long day hikes from the door. Screened in porch was put to great use in late spring as was grill!
