Our two bedroom,two bath,ground floor condo can comfortably accommodate four, but can squeeze in six. The practical amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free local calling, FREE WIFI high speed internet service, linens, and washer/dryer. It borders the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa Village golf course, is a ground floor unit, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.You can take a dip or just relax beside one of the two pools and jacuzzis. Or if you want to BBQ(poolside)the gas grill barbecue facilities are there for you.

Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to check-in. The balance is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check-in. A security deposit of $250 is required. Lodging Tax: 11.42% Cleaning Fee: $100.00 Cancellations and Refunds: There is a $50.00 cancellation fee. Other Fees: There is an additional $15 per person, per day charge, if more than four people will be staying.
