Beach golf course, your villa has has nearly 1700
square feet of living space plus two lanais. It is
perfect for couples or families, and has enough
space for two families traveling together. The
spacious living room has 17 foot vaulted ceilings, a
Tommy Bahama wooden entertainment center and
beautiful views of the golf course and the coconut
palm trees. The kitchen is up to date and fully
equipped, with granite countertops and maple
cabinets. The master bedroom suite has a king bed,
its own lanai with a volcano view, and a marble
bathroom with dual sinks and separate tub and
shower. The villa is nicely decorated with tropical
furnishings, and is very comfortable and welcoming.

The Waikoloa Colony Villas complex is tranquil and
beautifully landscaped, feeling more like a small
town neighborhood than a vacation complex. Your
villa is just a few feet from one of the two complex
pools: close enough for convenience yet just far
away enough for quiet. Very close by is the luxurious
Waikoloa Hilton beach Resort, one of the most
sumptuous hotels in Hawaii. Just past the Hilton is
the beautful Anaehoomalu beach, a perfect crescent
of white sand that offers swimming, snorkeling, and a
wide variety of water activies: windsurfing, kayaking,
and bay cruises. There are many other beautiful
beaches nearby.

Golf, shopping, and many other amenities are close
