Welcome to Kauai's North Shore in the beautiful
neighborhood of Princeville.
This 1200+sq. ft. villa is across the street from
the Makai golf Course, and walking distance from
the new St. Regis Hotel, shops and eateries in
Princeville. Two miles around the mountain and
you are in the famous Hanalei Town, voted to
have the best beaches in the United States. A
favorite and daily hangout of ours!
The Villa is across the street from the community
fitness room and beautiful pool/waterfall with gas
BBQ grills for your convenience. The
neighborhood is quiet, clean and upscale, with
mountain waterfall and cliff ocean views all within
walking distance.
