Lodging Tax: 11.41% Cleaning Fee: $125.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation must be received no less than 30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas) to receive a full refund minus a processing fee (Transaction fees if paid by credit card, $50 if paid by other means). For cancellations within 30 days of arrival you can get a full refund minus transaction fee if dates can be rebooked. If your dates can't be rebooked you will be credited for a future stay.
