This Kauai condo sits 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean and offers panoramic views from every room.

Lush tropical landscaping, a waterfall, picturesque Kilauea lighthouse, and miles of ocean scenery may be appreciated at a glance. A footpath leads down to swimming and snorkel areas directly below.

This vacation home is designed and decorated in the traditional native Hawaiian style, yet has all the modern comforts and conveniences.

Guests at our vacation rental enjoy a quiet, private, and upscale setting with ocean views from every room and have the use of a swimming pool on the grounds and tennis courts.

During the winter and spring months humpback whales & dolphins may be seen frolicking in the ocean off Kauai’s north shore and can be readily seen from the home.

Some of Hawaii’s best beaches lie on Kauai’s north shore and are within a short distance of Alii Kai: Hanalei Bay beach, noted for its wonderful scenery, good swimming, and fabulous surfing; Tunnels beach, a favorite for snorkeling and windsurfing buffs; Ke'e beach, a popular spot for colorful sunsets; and the famous Lumaha'i beach where many Hollywood movies have been filmed.

Spectacular Views

All rooms in our Alii Kai condo have breathtaking views of the Pacific. The condo is a luxury, top (2 1/2) floor end unit, with a private stairway and a wrap around deck. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably and lies above Kauai's turtle cove and its coral reef.

Go through the glass sliding doors to the wrap around lanai of the condo where you can enjoy panoramic views and the sounds and smells of the Pacific.

Master bedroom and guest room

The Master Bedroom & Guest Room feature comfortable king & queen size beds respectively, and both rooms have full views of the ocean. Native island furniture graces the residence, and guests love the vintage Hawaiian wall prints and tropical decor.


Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove, and microwave. One of Kauai’s most well stocked food markets is just a short drive away. (In case you would like to feast on something besides mangos, papayas and bananas)
