Myself being a mother, was ready to do some of my own cleaning to the condo, but I didn't have to. The place was spotless! My husband is from St. Petersburg area, and he was really impressed with the accommodations. I am so happy we rented the condo, it really made this family reunion a great family vacation. The area is quite and peaceful. I didn't see or hear any other occupants much, just those having fun down at the pool. Drinking my morning coffee on the balcony I seen a few people playing a round of golf, but that was cool. We love the place, it is close to some great beaches, with great things to do.
