Me and my husband plus our two children stay in the condo for a week in July 05. Myself being a mother, was ready to do some of my own cleaning to the condo, but I didn't have to. The place was spotless! My husband is from St. Petersburg area, and he was really impressed with the accommodations. I am so happy we rented the condo, it really made this family reunion a great family vacation. The area is quite and peaceful. I didn't see or hear any other occupants much, just those having fun down at the pool. Drinking my morning coffee on the balcony I seen a few people playing a round of golf, but that was cool. We love the place, it is close to some great beaches, with great things to do. We enjoyed jet skiing and swimming.We really loved the place and plan on renting again.

I stayed, it this condo for a weekend and let me tell you. The condo was clean and very welcoming. Also, the area is quite relaxing.
