We went there last summer the place is very nice and clean,its near the pool and spa and there is a nice small beach directly on the site so you can relax with just a little walk. You are near from the most beautiful beaches in Florida and about 75minutes from Disney.. You Will love it!! We are planning on going there again!!!

We appreciated the condo with all its comodities such as internet and unlimited telephone. It felt like home, very safe and well maintained. The beach in the bay being less than 100 feet from the condo is a plus. The heated pool besided the beach provided an excellent view and an ideal location to relax. Walmart and Publix being less than one mile from the condo provided all the basic grocery needs. It is well located as it is close to factory outlets, restaurants and flea markets.
Le condo est très accueillant, intime, sécuritaire et bien entretenu. L'internet et téléphone à volonté sont un plus. Nous avons apprécié la plage de la baie à moins de 100 pieds du condo. La piscine chauffée à coté de la plage nous donnait une excellente vue de la baie et un endroit idéal pour relaxer. Walmart et le marché alimentaire Publix à moins d'un mille du condo remplissaient nos besoins essentiels de tous les jours. Le condo est très bien situé non loins des restos, marchés aux puces et factory outlets.

The security deposit is not applied toward rent; although it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the provisions specified in rental agreement are met.
