A refundable security deposit of $150 is required ($200 with pet). Cleaning Fee: Option Cancellations and Refunds: Payment in full at time of arrival; Cashiers or bank check. Must receive cancellation 30 days prior to date of arrival. If after, deposit will be forfeited. Rental agreement required. Arrive and depart on the days scheduled.
