Vacation Rental Home Description
This executive home has been luxuriously fitted out
as it was to originally be a private home. Overlooking
a beautiful tranquil lake with stunning views in
Rotonda West. Situated in a quiet residential area,
with few neighbours and no passing traffic as there is
no outlet. It is on a double plot affording maximum
privacy.
This family home is furnished to the highest standard
and offers over 2,400 sq. ft living space. It comprises
of the Master Bedroom with TV and which has an en-
suite with Jacuzzi bath, walk-in wardrobe and 2
further bedrooms one with TV and fitted wardrobes
and adjoining family bathroom. There is a large
family room, a formal living room and dining area.
This house benefits from its own electrically heated
pool (charged separately). Although pool heat is not
absolutely essential most of the year it can on
occasion, prove to be most welcome during the
sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out
onto a large picturesque lake which attracts a whole
host of wildlife to the doorstep.
Rotonda, South West Florida is located near
beautiful Cape Haze, Boca Grande & Englewood on
the Gulf of Mexico. This relaxing area is the perfect
spot for enjoying a laid back, quiet vacation. There
are outdoor activities for every adventurer. You can jet
ski, parasail, fish or charter a boat from one of the
area’s marinas. There are numerous golf courses and
nearby there are many beautiful beaches all within
10-15 minutes.
For the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no
smoking permitted in the villa.

| Rotonda West Vacation Rental Rate/Policies
The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £50/$85 per week if requested at the time of booking. A security deposit of £200/$350 is due along with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than 6 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that the signed cancellation letter reaches the owner. Email cancellations are not acceptable. The reservation deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is received after 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the signatory is liable to pay the full balance of the final invoice. If the owner is successful in re letting the property for all or part of the reservation period, the full balance or the part balance of the final invoice will be refunded.

| Deposits: | | The sending of the booking form confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property. The cost of repairs and/or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit prior to the return of the balance. Just returned from a fabulous stay in your beautiful home, Minslake. We
have visited Florida many times,the last few visits being on the
Rotonda. However, we found Minslake to be far superior in many
respects. The villa is beautifully appointed and exceptionally well
equipped. We found the pc and internet very useful for looking up local
information, opening and closing times for shops, restaurants and
cinemas, and for looking at local maps and obtaining directions etc.
The furnishings and decor are to a very high standard and are
exceptionally comfortable. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and
very well maintained, as are the beautiful pool and landscaped gardens.
The setting must be one of the best plots on the Rotonda as it
overlooks a very picturesque lake teaming with wildlife. We loved to
sit and watch the lake in the evenings to see if we could identify the
wildlife with the help of the numerous books you so thoughtfully
provide. An added bonus is the total privacy around the pool area,
since the landscaped gardens are large and the adjacent plots in no way
overlook the rear of the villa. I must also say thank you to the
management team who were very friendly and efficient, and were always
at the end of the telephone when we needed any advice. We loved our
holiday so much, we have already reserved our next visit 12 months in
advance as we couldn't bear the thought of returning to the Rotonda and
missing out on staying at Minslake.

Wow, what a fabulous villa - we have rented a few in the Rotonda area, and yours is really outstanding. I don't think your web site did it justice, it is so equisitely presented and tastefully furnished - just lovely, and certainly the best one we have stayed in.
