You are very close to Placida, Cape Haze , Windward, Don Pedro Island, Manasota Key, South Gulf Cove, North Port, and “Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World”- Boca Grande.

Bring your own boat if you like, we have room to store it on our property for the length of your stay. (Additional charges or security fee may or may not apply) Plenty of places to launch the boat for free, or rent a short term boat slip at the many close by Marina's There is ONE numbered parking space right if front of your condo, and ONE numbered covered parking space a few steps from the unit. They are exclusively dedicated for your use.

If golf is your pleasure, you will be pleased to know you will be located right in the middle of at least 8 different golf courses--all within a few mile drive, and 15 more up to 10 miles from this location. There are many other activities to enjoy in the immediate area--or take advantage of some of the finest huge Florida State Parks nearby. Entrance fees are only about $2.00-$4.00; and some are free.

Adding to the front view of your unit, you overlook the gorgeous tennis courts, club house and large heated pool. The club house is HUGE, and a super nice place to meet new friends or use the exercise machines, table tennis, TV, Library, games for kids, and fabulous kitchen. There are always plenty of activities to join if you like, or just relax by the pool with a book.

You are welcome to use the gas barbeque or bike rack right across the road from your unit. You will be very pleased with the location right on the Nature trail at your back door. This is a blacktop trail about 10 miles long for walking, bike riding, or roller-blading, etc. If you go early in the morning you are bound to see some of our Florida wild life crossing the trail.

Visit the quaint fishing village in Placida where you can shop or rent a Party Boat to go deep-sea fishing. Buy fresh fish or shrimp at their fish store & prepare your own gourmet meal back at the Condo. Plenty of bike rentals, power boats, sailboats,Canoe, and other water crafts available close by. Lovely Englewood Beach is just 15 minutes away. It is one of the best in SW Florida. Did you know that ENGLEWOOD, (and surrounding area) has recently has been voted to be the BEST place to Retire? This was Nation wide!!
