condo, and ONE numbered covered

space a few steps from the unit. They

exclusively dedicated for your use.

If golf is your pleasure, you will be
pleased to
know you will be located right in the
middle of
at least 8 different golf courses--all
within a few
mile drive, and 15 more up to 10 miles
from
this location. There are many other
activities to
enjoy in the immediate area--or take
advantage
of some of the finest huge Florida
State
Parks
nearby. Entrance fees are only about
$2.00-
$4.00; and some are free.

Adding to the front view of your unit,
you
overlook the gorgeous tennis courts,
club house
and large heated pool. The club house

you can shop or rent a Party Boat to
go
deep-sea
fishing. Buy fresh fish or shrimp at
their fish
store & prepare your own gourmet
meal back at
the Condo. Plenty of bike rentals,
power boats,
sailboats,Canoe, and other water
crafts
available close by. Lovely Englewood
Beach is
just 15 minutes away. It is one of the
best in SW
